Los Angeles scenic tour – 7/21/2011

Today we flew over LA. It’s pretty interesting to see LA from the top.
We took off from VNY and headed to east toward Hollywood hills, passing by Hollywood sign. Then we flew over LA downtown, buildings looks cool from top there. We hold our altitude to 2000 ft to prevent any airspace Bravo conflict. The plan was to go over Santa Monica and coast line, but today the coast was low overcast and below clouds. Turning around LA downtown, we headed north and crossing BUR airspace back to west and VNY.

This very nice footage of flight is prepared by Emil, my friend who flew with me today. Toddeh was the back sit pilot.

Take Off time: 19:15 PST
Flight Duration: 0.8 hrs
Landings: 1
