After many years flying in SoCal, I had the chance to fly to L70 today. A hidden 4000ft airport, surrounded by hills. Approach was pretty interesting, flying from KEMT, I climbed to 6500 and then dropped to pattern attitude to cross the mid-field for a right downwind for runway 22. There are hills on the approach path that makes the landing pretty interesting. After landing I only saw on person I his golf cart, all hangers closed and no one in sight.
